Impact of surgical revascularization strategy on left ventricular function, myocardial perfusion and clinical outcomes

This study, funded by the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute, uses advanced imaging techniques, strain and perfusion echo, to elucidate the underlying mechanisms responsible for differential clinical outcomes between patients undergoing multiple arterial grafting vs single arterial grafting coronary artery bypass grafting revascularizations to assess how multiple arterial grafting revascularizations affect strain and short-term clinical outcomes.
