The Department of Anesthesiology has announced that Dr. Lisa R. Witkin will be the new Site Director of Pain Medicine at New York-Presbyterian/Lower Manhattan Hospital.
This appointment comes as Dr. Witkin has been leading the development of the Division of Pain Medicine Downtown Office on 156 William Street since she joined Weill Cornell Anesthesiology last year.
She has been very active with the Lower Manhattan community as well as with local physicians regarding prevention and management strategies of common painful conditions.
