Weill Cornell Anesthesiology Chair Hugh C. Hemmings, Jr, MD, PhD, has announced the formation of a new Division of Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine.
This group consists of fellowship-trained physicians specializing in regional and acute pain medicine techniques. The clinical focus of this division is the multimodal treatment of patients experiencing acute and peri-operative pain. In addition to its clinical services, the division participates in research, fellowship training, and resident and medical student education. This group will be led by Co-Directors Tiffany Tedore, MD, Associate Professor of Clinical Anesthesiology, and Roniel Weinberg, MD, Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology.
Dr. Tiffany Tedore and Dr. Roniel Weinberg are the Co-Directors of the new Division of Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine.
